We’re MAS. We are an experiential agency with an insatiable need to learn more, do more, be more, and now—we’re opening our doors to a chosen few.


WHAT IS THIS

The MAS Residency program is a 20-week tasting of our MAS special sauce. 

It's a deep dive into our world where fresh minds can discover and grow in the very real, very exciting craziness of an experience agency. 


With all of the resources to support next-level dreaming, come learn from the best and do real hands-on work. We’re talking big ideas for big brands. Along with a residency long project, you’ll jam with our team on client RFP's and create for MAS’ marketing team. With a voice in our internal think tank, you’ll join in on the new and fun ways we connect with various audiences through tech, IRL & virtual experiences, or whatever the world throws at us next.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re not looking for coffee runners, we’re looking for cultural collaborators!. It’s a chance for recent grads, grad students, or anyone interested in event marketing to go above and beyond what is asked for. We want relentless learners, envelope-pushers, and people who are immune to ordinary thinking. You’re not just here to sit in and watch how the magic happens; you’re here to roll up your sleeves and help shape the future for the world’s most influential brands.


An exceptional voice, with sick graphic design skills, and a deep love and knowledge for all things social media. This person will mainly support the internal marketing needs, but, will also work on external projects with social media asks.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Supporting the Marketing Associate in the overall management of our social media channels, including tracking deliverables, sourcing and developing new content
  • Contributing to social campaign brainstorms
  • Designing social content that evokes the MAS brand and resonates with our target audience
  • Utilizing design programs to create custom content for MAS social media platforms
  • Contributing to the content calendar with social media postings on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Measuring key performance indicators
  • Researching analytics and informative statistics to drive marketing decisions
  • Participating in think tanks, and present at internal meetings
  • Participating in a special project with fellow residents
  • Supporting and assisting in the creation of assets and resources for marketing team

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Experience with G-Suite
  • An appetite to learn
  • Degree in graphic design or related field
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Pulse on current social trends 
  • Creative mindset and natural storytelling skills
  • Enthusiasm for experiential marketing and communication disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of relevant social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other emerging channels
  • Ability to produce original ideas
