The Resource Manager is a puzzler, with a natural sense of curiosity and lives in complicated spreadsheets.  This role reports to the Director of Resourcing, to effectively manage a high volume of work and consistently provide a high quality of work output.  We are looking for someone who is familiar with resource management trends.  Can juggle multiple projects and partner with stakeholders to plan resourcing accordingly.  Someone who is also a bit of a magician at managing resource conflicts and pivoting to find solutions.



  • Work with Resource Director and other stakeholders to assign full time and (contractor) temp employees to Production roles to projects in accordance with their skills, previous experience, and availability
  • Catalog contractors/freelancers into a database spreadsheet
  • Capacity planning, i.e. making sure our resources have capacity to work on upcoming projects
  • Manage the development and upkeep of database
  • Establish and maintain good relations with contractors & vendors 
  • Partner on and lead internal meetings, take notes, set agendas
  • Monitor the CRM as budget alerts arrive for all resourcing and estimating requests
  • Process Vendor/Supplier assignments from SMS through CLM and DocuSign


  • Work across agencies and with the CWT to improve the contractor/vendor experience

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office Suite 
    • Google Suite
    • Salesforce
    • DocuSign
  • Experience presenting concepts to internal teams and executives
  • Capable of working remotely and in office as needed
  • Perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Accept changes with short notice and tolerate frequent interruptions
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality

Physical Requirements:

Individuals will be required to sit for much of the day and will be required to stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required.  Individuals may be required to travel via airplane, train, taxi, car and/or other means of transportation as needed.
