Principle Responsibilities:

  • Act, through both assignment and through example, as the first point-of-contact (FPOC) for the strategy teams on all matters regarding account(s) managed by trading team
  • Effective communication of any campaign issues to VP, Trading and strategy
  • Confidently deliver presentations on trends and topics in the programmatic industry and applications of those topics to trading and campaigns at-hand
  • Demonstrate active leadership in the application of new features (within existing Platform H tech stack) to client campaigns as well as assistance in the evaluation of new technologies
  • Actively manage and ensure delivery of all direct reports' campaign deliverables including successful delivery of programmatic campaigns across their entire life-cycle inclusive of;

Creative and pixel management

Monitor and update campaign pacing

Learning and executing optimization techniques

Reporting generation inclusive of audience insights, data reporting, site list generation

On-going account management, making recommendations for campaign changes

  • Direct and supervise training of new traders and strategists, ensuring adequate knowledge of programmatic and Havas processes is acquired
  • Act as a Havas Programmatic lead in day to day training of trading and media teams
  • Actively mentor and develop a team of direct reports to grow professionally
  • Appropriately manage the workloads of the team across traders, senior traders and oneself
  • Know, enforce and drive improvements in Havas Programmatic processes
  • Achieve Havas Programmatic commercial goals by implementing best practices to ensure accurate campaign delivery and invoicing across own team
  • Know, understand and support delivery/steps to achieve Havas Programmatic business and technology goals
  • Develop and deliver action plans to achieve Havas Programmatic business and technology goals across own team
