Havas Formula, an award-winning national public relations agency is looking for an Account Executive in our NY office to support our Lifestyle division.
We are looking for a bright, curious rising PR star with a passion to create best-in-class campaigns for coveted brands, has a natural passion for lifestyle brands and strong relationships with both media and influencers across a number of verticals.
We're looking for someone who has at least 3 years of broad PR or brand-building experience, ideally with food/bev and lifestyle brands, and joins with a strong understanding of what it takes to craft a great story.
The AE fosters media relationships to ensure client coverage and acts as creative contributor on accounts. Typically, the AE will support 5-7 accounts.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (communications, liberal arts, business or marketing focus preferred)
Experience: 3 years of PR or journalism experience, mid-size or large agency preferred. Experience working on food, lifestyle, and/or beauty brands.
Skills & Abilities Required: Understands evolution of PR in the digital world. Ability to understand client brand category and landscape in order to deliver creative ideas that resonate with target audiences. Has experience in influencer marketing and social media. Strong storyteller with the ability to articulate brand narrative. Must be self-motivated, collaborative and results driven. Solid presentation skills and willingness to grow with the support of senior-level support.
Good leadership qualities and proven ability to lead by example. Possesses motivational capabilities in a highly pressurized environment. Is appropriate, approachable and fair, and creates valued relationships with both staff and clients alike. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Can meet tight deadlines and has an exceptional eye for details.
Strong writing (AP style), editing, listening and verbal communications skills. Resourceful and solutions focused. Capable of multitasking, prioritizing and organizing. Effectively manages time and follow up, with a knack for proactive communication within team and client comms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and use/development of media databases.
