We are looking for a Social Media Supervisor to join our social team. In your day to day you’ll be responsible for the deployment, optimization and measurement for social campaigns. You'll work side-by-side with client services to ensure all campaign strategy and execution run smoothly and performance meets and/or exceeds expectations.  Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to lead and foster partner teams (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.), being the first to test new rollouts, advance client business, and help guide our product roadmap

What You’ll Do

  • Own campaigns from start to finish, ensuring clients’ goals are met on time and on budget by supporting the team at every stage of the planning, trafficking, QA, measurement and billing
  • Be the subject matter expert for all things social media and content-related, educating our clients and partners on best practices, buying models, technical possibilities, and audience trends
  • Lead all strategy, show understanding of media KPIs, and demonstrate how social can drive overall business goals. Think strategically about client’s goals, tapping into your deep understanding of the space to plan successful campaigns and build your brand as an expert who has a finger on the pulse of our industry
  • Drive relationships forward with our clients and partners, effectively communicating the status of projects, campaign results, and business opportunities to stakeholders
  • Shape career development for members of the junior team through management and hands-on mentorship
  • Improve day-to-day functions of the social team by designing the right systems, processes, and resources to allow for effective communication
  • Educate our partners and clients about what’s possible given the team’s capabilities, technology, and specialties, seizing the opportunity to sell in new opportunities

What You’ll Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising - agency experience is a plus
  • Technical knowledge of social media buying and a deep understanding of all major social platforms
  • Deliver reporting and in-depth analysis to wider teams that provides clients with unique and actionable insights
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic – self-motivated and able to take initiative
  • Experience planning and executing paid social media campaigns
  • Experience managing a team and coaching individual performance
  • A collaborative work style - a huge part of the culture is helping out where needed, regardless of level or designated role, to produce great work
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple clients and tasks, managing your time and the time of your direct reports wisely to load-balance
  • A comfort level working in Excel managing budgets and platform data
