Job description

Mission & Responsibilities


  • Global strategy support
    • Coordinate requests from network and provide initial suggestion/recommendation
    • Provide feedback and support on local strategic work as needed
    • Help animate/coordinate the global Strategy community
  • New business
    • Partner with counterparts in the Intelligence team to provide guidance on research needed
    • Analyze local Intelligence and identify common themes and insights
    • Develop strategies and major market initiatives with a global view
    • Take ownership of the quality of the Mx brief and briefing process
    • Support local markets in the implementation of the global strategy
    • Recommend innovative approaches and provide initial creative media inspiration
    • Stay up to date with best practices, media innovation, award-winning work etc.
  • Thought Leadership
    • Encourage, curate and coordinate submissions for
    • Support senior leadership in writing presentations for industry events
    • Participate in The Power Of series development
  • Mx
    • Centralize Havas work developed following the Mx System and share with GSA
    • Keep training docs updated and relevant with new examples (and tools)


Previous Experience & Industry Background

8+ years experience in strategic planning

Media, Brand, Consultancy


Qualifications & Languages:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising

Languages: English (Fluent)
