The Social Specialist will be responsible for managing all day-to-day execution of various clients’ paid social media campaigns. They will be the lead point of contact handling recommendations, contract executions, campaign launches, monitoring performance, reporting and billing reconciliation. They will be an expert in all things Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other emerging social media platforms.

Primary Tasks

  • Developing paid social recommendations designed to meet the goals provided in briefs from client/planning team
  • Presenting recommendations to internal or client groups as needed
  • Launching campaigns in the PMD platform and providing meticulous reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Quality control trafficking creative and ad tags using 3rd party ad server tools and bid managers
  • Oversee the issuing and updating insertion orders
  • Resolving invoice and other related discrepancies

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year experience in media planning, preferably in the digital/paid search space
  • Social Media experience with Facebook and Twitter in a professional capacity preferred
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment
