Job Description:

The senior digital specialist works across multiple disciplines including analytics, paid social and paid search. They would lead digital performance across a variety of clients and tasks mostly focused on paid search (70% of the work) and paid social (30% of the work). As a part of the digital performance team, this person will support the media team in their planning needs across performance media. As the senior specialist you will work directly with the clients and as well as direct reports in setting up, managing and optimizing paid search and social campaigns as well as contributing to reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to develop strategy & tactical execution of digital performance plans
  • Create, manage and execute paid social and search campaigns
  • Support planning teams with insights and learnings across performance digital channels
  • Collect performance data from internal and external sources
  • Train & manage team members
  • Actively monitor and optimize paid search and social campaigns
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments across digital
  • Analyze results and trends to make optimizations and recommendations to client’s campaigns
  • Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience using advertising platforms in either search or paid social a must (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
  •  Experience with analytical tools a must (Google Analytics, Web Trends, Omniture)
