About Annex Atlanta

Annex Atlanta is a creative communication agency part of the Havas Group that help brands stay relevant by connecting them to people through culture. Through our team of cultural consultants we design, manage and execute communication programs for The Coca-Cola Company. Our team leads all social media management for Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Fanta, Smartwater and vitaminwater – through an in-house agency model called the Social Center; we also strategically lead Coca-Cola’s efforts in Entertainment through Gaming / e-sports, Soccer and Influencer Marketing. The Havas Group has a rich 20 year history with The Coca-Cola Company having executed some of their biggest global programs including the FIFA World Cup and The Olympic Games.

Summary of Role

As an Art Directorat the Annex Atlanta, you will produce engaging, persuasive and relevant content. You will develop creative concepts independently and in collaboration with an Copywriter, as part of a creative team. Together, you will be charged with the developing creative concepts that are on strategy, achieve the client’s objectives and go beyond the expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Concepts meaningful work for brands across the Social Center
  • Creates a wide range of advertising/marketing graphics and videos
  • Collaborates with the team and supports the creation of concepts and campaigns from a visual / art direction perspective and develops fresh, out-of-the-box ideas
  • Drives consistency of the Brand’s voice across all platforms and content
  • Sells creative concepts to internal team, creative management and clients
  • Is knowledgeable and remains current on client’s brand and brand guidelines
  • Adheres to schedules and budgets
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams including Strategy, Account, Project Management, Production and Content Creation
  • Stays current and savvy to trends in advertising but also in culture in general
  • Collaborates with internal and external cross-functional team members
  • Exhibits organizational skills when dealing with production partners. Has an understanding of how to work with and direct partners according to the concept
  • Proficient in presenting work to all levels of clients and strategic partners
  • The role will require majority of time to be spent at The Coca-Cola Company offices

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of previous Art Direction, Graphic Design and Marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of hands on production experience; motion experience preferred
  • Solid conceptual campaign thinking must be evident in portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effectsand Google Tools
