Title: Operations Coordinator

Reports to: General Manager 

Hourly Wage: $17/per hour

Schedule: 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday

Position Summary: Administrative and operational support for facility and local management

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Performs clerical duties including filing, report preparation, phone coverage, assisting GM with daily revenue (parking & car wash) reporting, cashier/shuttle reviews and payroll
  • Assists GM with human resources tasks including employee onboarding, personnel file administration, incentive program management, safety programs and hourly employee recruiting and job posting
  • Assists with claim management including documentation, investigation and communication
  • Occasionally assists with operational duties (i.e. valet, luggage assistance, cashiering) during busy periods
  • Addresses guest service issues as necessary both in person and via phone/email
  • Audits daily work performance of cashiers, drivers and valets
  • Monitors the maintenance of the facility to ensure that it is clean and maintained according to company standards at all times
  • Follows all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook and Gold Standards
  • Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by management, especially during downtimes

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required:

  • Prefer bachelor’s degree and previous administrative/office/supervisory experience
  • Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
  • A solid employment record and previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to maintain a smile and courteous disposition toward external and internal customers
  • Must be proficient in creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, including calendar management
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Valid Drivers License
