We’re seeking a Coordinator to work from the Detroit area and provide human resources administrative support across all areas of HR across all Mars United Commerce companies globally. 
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate and process all life-cycle transactions from pre-employment through post-
    employment. 
  • Provide HR administrative support across all areas of the people and culture team, includes
    Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning, Development & Engagement 
  • Coordinate the collection of all necessary employee information and paperwork to establish
    and maintain employee records for all markets globally in all HRIS systems. 
  • Complete Information System tickets to initiate the cross-functional employee lifecycle
    activities. 
  • Manage, track, and ensure compliance on all employee records, and documentation;
    including but not limited to, new hire paperwork, employee actions, performance reviews,
    personnel action memos, forms, etc. 
  • Assist with maintenance, administration, and auditing of compliance health and benefit plans,
    including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Partner with comprehensive benefits
    service vendor. 
  • Assist with People & Culture email inbox and respond to employee requests and questions,
    as needed. 
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and scheduling. 
  • Assist with all other projects and duties as assigned. 
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and quickly learning new software systems. 
  • Exposure to HRIS and project management software. 
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume, ever-changing environments. 
  • The ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and multitask under pressure. 
  • High level of organization and attention to detail. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communicates clearly in all forms and methods. 
  • A “can do” and “do whatever it takes” to serve others and make ways of working better. 
  • Loves to fact-find, solve problems, and can work with ambiguity. 
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, including relevant internships. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
