We’re looking for a Data Analyst to create impact with our clients. The Data Analyst is accountable for the management and execution of advertising performance reporting, as well as preparing data for our Marilyn Commerce Intelligence platform. The selected candidate is expected to manage reporting cadence and compile results from multiple data sources to produce vendor and corporate reporting.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creating and maintaining data file tracking system
  • Consulting with stakeholders to identify required data elements
  • Coordinating the request and receipt of data extracts
  • Evaluating data for accuracy and troubleshooting when necessary
  • Perform data hygiene and recoding as necessary
  • Generating summary tables and formatting for report inclusion
  • Assist in creating client-ready reports
  • Become proficient in various data extraction systems
  • Extract data and load into Marilyn technology; Manage data files within the Marilyn technology
  • Interface, communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
 
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong math and analytical mindset and a natural curiosity for data and how marketing and online actions can impact performance
  • Detail oriented and multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to work proactively, efficiently with a very high level of quality
  • Ability to interface with team members to identify potential performance issues
  • Knowledge of digital and/or marketing analytics preferred but not required
  • Experience working with IRI or Nielsen data preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills
  • Knowledge in Tableau reporting a plus
  • Knowledge in PowerBi is a plus
