We are seeking an In-Store Program Coordinator. This role will primarily support Ad Operations (“AdOps”) for the Retail Solutions team. This person will assist with the coordination of campaign deliverables specific to in-store signage, digital deli screens and paid social. This role is hybrid; candidates must reside in the Toronto area and be able to work from the client's office in Mississauga at least two days a week.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Gather and compile weekly proof of execution reports and deliver to Account Managers.
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress and inform Account Managers on the project status, issues and risks.
  • Help streamline project process by maintaining project documentation through Wrike. Ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • Generate bi-weekly and monthly instore signage program list for departments across Walmart.
  • Keep track and update instore signage and deli store lists.
  • Platform inventory tracking. 
  • All other admin tasks as needed
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong Excel skills
