Mars United Commerce is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement. In this role, you will work in close partnership with the Director of Marketing to support end-to-end sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth. In this support role, you will work with a cross-functional team to support all marketing needs of the Retail Media Network’s business. 
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Demand Generation.  Work with the team to concept and write thought leadership and insights-driven content.  Support the development of newsletters, sales communications and other materials, and help support content creation and ideation for owned social channels.
  • Sales & Product Marketing. Support new and existing marketing and sales enablement efforts with positioning, messaging and materials development.  Work in close partnership with key stakeholders in product strategy and commercialization to ensure materials are ready for market.
  • Sales Enablement.  Support sales training and education efforts.  Help to manage calendar, host events and support record-keeping as needed, posting materials to internal file sharing systems, writing FAQs and taking notes. 
  • B2B Marketing & Events.  Support Retail Media client with activities related to internal and external industry events.  Help manage calendar, coordinate materials development, manage social promotion, etc. 
  • Custom Sales Support.  Provide 1:1 support to sales as needed to support custom data and insights requests and offer planning and strategy support for larger client engagements as approved by the Retail Media Networks Marketing lead. 
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
 
  • 5+ years’ experience in display advertising media planning, ad operations or sales is an asset
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially with MS Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Business writing and presentation development 
  • Client facing client management and meeting planning experience 
  • A positive attitude and strong initiative 
  • Ability to work well with others 
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability in managing multiple tasks

Compensation Range: $81,000 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
