Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant that works well in a fast-paced environment, extremely detailed oriented, and organized to join our Executive Administration team. This Executive Assistant is responsible for administrative duties supporting several Senior Executives and Business Unit and/or Affiliate Leaders. If you’re a highly organized, driven team player, we’d love to meet you!

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide executive administrative support to senior executives, including: travel arrangements, expense reports, scheduling internal/external meetings, filing, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Assist with forecasts and budgets as needed for senior executives.
  • Coordinate logistical needs in meetings and team communication for senior executives.
  • Provide executive administrative support to business unit leaders, including: traveling arrangements, expense reports, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Proactively anticipate needs of supported senior executives/business unit leaders and makes recommendations for more efficient and effective processes.
  • Handle special projects at the direction of the senior executives and/or the Director of Executive Administration.
  • Handle requests for information in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality through all work assignments.

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience working in a business or academic organization.
  • Three or more years of experience supporting Executive level individuals required.
  • Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office.
