Human Resources Manager - Programs & Talent Management

We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Manager, who will provide program and talent management leadership, communications, analytics and insights to the HR team and The Institutes. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will play a pivotal role in providing effective Talent Management practices and a positive experience to colleagues. Essential Responsibilities

  • Leads the activities of the Human Resources department, which support employee facing programs including but not limited to: engagement, culture, wellness, training, recruiting, HR analytics and rewards & recognition.
  • Leads the culture initiative, in collaboration with the CEO & HR VP. Actively shapes the culture and leads the company to rally around the vision; consistently promotes and exhibits behaviors within core values.
  • Continuously evaluates and improves employee engagement and employee branding. Leverages data, feedback, and external resources to ensure the employee experience is competitive and aligned with The Institutes’ vision and values. Oversees programs related to supporting employee engagement and branding.
  • Oversees the performance management process, ensuring it is aligned with The Institutes goals.
  • Responsible for employment programs. Manages recruitment function including on staff and/or contract recruiters to include: recruiting, interviewing, screening, evaluating, and recommending applicants in collaboration with the applicable department. Develops and ensures all practices are followed and in compliance with applicable regulations. Responsible for employment branding.
  • Serves as “superuser” for HR program-related systems.
  • Works with affiliate companies to ensure alignment to goals, culture, policies and procedures.
  • Acts as an HR Business Partner to assigned affiliate companies and/or departments and oversees all employee relations and personnel issues and, when needed, may implement The Institutes response to issues.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years human resources generalist and/or talent development experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Human Capital Management (HCM), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Performance Management system experience preferred.

Role is hybrid with at least two days each week in the office. Candidates should be able to commute to Malvern, PA at least two days per week.
