Marketing Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with marketing team and CLM Business Unit owners on marketing campaign support and implementation.
  • Create content for web, email, print, and social media.
  • Create, deploy, and track performance of HTML emails and landing pages.
  • Create, post, and track social media campaigns.
  • Update website using CMS and create/update landing pages.
  • Provide campaign support including desktop research, project management, maintaining calendars/documents, ad trafficking, purchasing/shipping of marketing materials, etc.
  • Stay abreast of email, social media, and digital marketing trends and best practices. 
  • Collaborate with various levels of clients and customers (both internally and externally) to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Required Competencies 

Communication: Oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally. 

Project management: Manages resources to bring about the successful completion of a specific project.  This can include initiating, planning, and executing the project either independently or within a team.

Time Management: Ability to work independently and multi-task, strong organizational skills and effective time management and decision-making skills.

Technical Knowledge: Digital marketing savvy, with an understanding of digital paid media. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with HTML emails and platforms (i.e., MailChimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign, or others). Social media management skills (social platforms such as Sprout Social, Canva, GleanIn, Hoot Suite a plus)

Collaboration: Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (marketing or communications field, preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience (internship or full-time) in a marketing role with exposure to content creation, social media, and email marketing - preferably in the professional/financial services industry.
  • Digital marketing savvy, with an understanding of or experience with paid digital media.
  • Experience with HTML emails and platforms, including building, deploying, and analyzing emails and landing pages. Experience using Active Campaign a plus. 
  • Social media management skills, including creating and posting content for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram. Experience with social platforms such as Sprout Social, Canva, Hoot Suite, and GleanIn a plus.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft relevant, engaging messages for email, landing pages and social media.
  • Experience monitoring campaign performance. Knowledge of Google Analytics a plus.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated project management and time management skills. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
