As a UX Designer, you’ll contribute to solving one of the most important issues facing the world: how to feed an ever growing population with a finite amount of farming land.

Your Seat at the Table:
Design has a clear seat at the table and shares the responsibility for product planning, execution and success.  You’ll be looked to as an expert in your field who will be held accountable for the UX of the end-to-end experience.  

Your Impact:

  • Based on empathy and data, you’ll create and deliver product and feature concepts into the market in collaboration with a Senior UX Designer
  • Translate the science of agriculture into useful and usable solutions
  • Engage in user researcher with farmers in their field and equipment around the world
  • Develop prototypes to learn quickly and iteratively
  • Collaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, product developers/engineers, researchers, care, and analytics partners
  • Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews
  • Create a strong design point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field; Master’s preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in UX Design
  • Mastery of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
