Position Overview:

At Climate, our mission is to help all the world’s farmers sustainably increase their productivity with digital tools which requires our leaders to understand the big picture while being able to dive into the unique agriculture and engineering challenges. Our software helps farmers around the world protect and improve their farming operations with uniquely powerful software and hardware products. As a Program Manager intern, you will help lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects. We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking a leadership position and is both business process and technically minded.

What You Will Do:

  • Help lead program & project execution across all technical (Product, Science, and Engineering) and Commercial functions
  • Enhance the project management processes, tooling and templates to improve the operating model maturity of a scaling product and technology organization
  • Dive deep into data and advocate for solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in an accredited Masters program in a technical or STEM-related field during the duration of the internship 
  • Great communication, writing, and reasoning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A desire to work on hard problems
  • Intellectual drive to learn anything
  • Stellar academic record or equivalent work experience
  • Computer Science / software engineering background or industry experience with technical subjects and emerging technologies in software development, Software as a Service, or Platform as a Service
  • Process improvement methodology expertise such as Six Sigma or Agile Coach
