Technical Localisation Program Manager
As a Localisation Manager you will play a key role in driving international growth for Tenable. Your main role will involve driving the localisation program of our product portfolio, closely partnering with Product and Engineering teams and Language Service Providers. You take a business-focused and flexible approach, aligning with your partners on success criteria and priorities. You have the freedom to design, implement and monitor the success of localisation solutions in an incremental way, overseeing continuous delivery of products and content to our customers.
Implement and improve software and content localisation solutions at process & technology level, working closely with engineering, design and product management teams
Support the Sales and Marketing Localisation Mgr driving specific related content localisation efforts
Drive cost and time efficient delivery on a continuous basis in partnership with our language service providers
Design requirements for the tech stack required to achieve delivery and quality goals in collaboration with Localisation Engineering
Connect upstream into the organisation with Development and Engineering and User Experience for efficiency improvements, automation and alignment on content delivery
Strategically plan for the short and long term
Support the Localisation Director in selecting technology and vendor decision-making
What you'll need:
6+ years experience implementing successful product and content localisation programs with concrete business benefits
Experience leading project teams based on program and project management principles, setting clear expectations
Proven experience with localisation technologies and processes, in particular in the area of software and documentation localisation, including TMS, translation and quality workflows, machine translation, project management tools
Terminology management experience
Thorough understanding of the cultural and customer impacting factors in localisation, track record in improving global customer experience
Drives internationalisation development and programming requirements with Product teams in collaboration with Engineering for global-ready products and content
Analytical: Ability to analyse processes and workflows for continuous improvement - think outside the box
Relationship-focused: Motivation to bring people and ideas together in order to make progress and achieve results
Pro-active: lean into organisation, drive for results, consider alternatives and solicit help
Strive for excellence while being practical and pragmatic where required
Organised with sufficient attention to detail, documenting critical information and share timely through agreed channels
