Your Role:

We are looking for a seasoned payroll manager.  This role will supervise the international and domestic payroll teams and employee expense reporting and related disbursement.  With end-to-end process responsibility this role will encompass approximately 20 countries.   

Your Opportunity:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the global payroll teams, including quality control over U.S. and international payroll in 20+ countries, with a focus on continuous improvement to standardize and simplify our processes
  • Ensure accuracy for all withholdings regardless of nature that impact pay results; benefits, taxes consistent with jurisdictions, federal, state, provincial that pertains to each location 
  • Ensure all tax deposits and returns and compliance reporting are submitted on a timely basis
  • Ensure employee benefit programs, such as, 401k and other employee retirement plans, and FSA and HSA programs are funded accurately and timely
  • Manage the Company’s expense reporting system and reimbursement process
  • Supervise accountant’s duties associated with employee expense reporting processes including dissemination of credit cards, setting up employees for online filing and reviewing and allocating expenses for accounting purposes
  • Develop strong working relationships with all teams within the organization
  • Coordinate documentation of world-wide payroll policies and procedures
  • Research discrepancies of payroll of any form 
  • Assist with employee payroll questions and concerns
  • Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of the latest developments in the laws and other related areas

What You'll Need:

  • 8 years of payroll experience, including 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Experienced with ADP and the aptitude to learn new systems
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Familiar with taxable wages, compliance and payroll related forms
  • An ability to plan and manage multiple projects as well as strong organizational skills
  • Able to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action
  • Able to prepare reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
