Global Marketing Campaigns Manager

We are looking for a Global Campaign Manager to drive the strategy, development and implementation of demand generation campaigns and marketing programs. If your experience demonstrates a strong understanding of demand generation and history of working with cross-functional teams on strategic program planning and processes — and the thought of spending your time that way is energizing, then this job is for you!

The ideal candidate will have a curious mind, a customer-centric mindset, an affinity for data, strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively on global campaigns. In a dynamic environment, they need to be proactive, flexible, have exceptional time management skills and the ability to balance many projects simultaneously with short deadlines for completion.

Your Opportunity:

  • Drive the Go-To-Market strategy, campaign development, program execution, and optimization of global demand generation campaigns. These include efforts to drive new business pipeline and customer growth (expansion, upsell and cross-sell) pipeline.
  • Identify specific target audiences by working cross-functionally with other teams to gather insights which will improve segmentation and targeting efforts.
  • Help build and optimize scalable, repeatable campaign processes and structure. 
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop relevant campaign messaging and innovative content based on buyer needs and core themes.
  • Analyze campaign results to develop insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop close partnerships with the sales organization and field marketing teams to improve enablement, engagement and campaign execution.
  • Communicate and present findings and conclusions to cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of related experience, high tech preferred.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong marketing experience and expertise to help develop demand generation campaign strategy, messaging and content, and oversee multi-channel program execution. 
  • Must be accountable, self-directed and possess the drive to achieve quick results in a highly successful, fast-paced global organization.
  • Strong analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, project management & time management skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
