Payroll Manager, APAC

Your Role:

We are looking for a seasoned payroll manager.  This role will supervise the international APAC payroll team.  With end-to-end process responsibility, this role will encompass approximately 12 countries.     

Your Opportunity:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the APAC payroll team, including quality control over international(APAC) payroll in 12+ countries, with a focus on continuous improvement to standardize and simplify our processes
  • Final approval of all APAC payrolls produced monthly under 100K (USD)
  • Ensure accuracy for payroll process in conjunction with International payroll provider (currently TMF)
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of US sponsored ESPP as well as Restricted Stock Units granted to local payroll within the APAC region
  • Final approval of all APAC payrolls produced monthly under 100K (USD)
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly payroll accounting entries to ensure accurate reporting and posting to the General Ledger.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: Regional HR, Benefits and Accounting teams
  • Function as a strategic partner and contribute process improvements for all key systems implementations and upgrades 
  • Facilitate regular audits such as internal SOX and external statutory audits
  • Research discrepancies of payroll of any form 
  • Assist with employee payroll questions and concerns
  • Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of the latest developments in the laws and other related areas
