Professional Services Portfolio Manager

Your Role:

The Professional Services Portfolio Manager leads a team of solution architects in creating service offerings that realize the strategic objectives of the professional services portfolio vision. These services include standard and custom service offerings, customer training and certification programs which target customer onboarding and adoption as well as internal and partner enablement. The manager is responsible for service offerings that meet business objectives, deliver high customer satisfaction and can be delivered profitably.

 Your Opportunity:

  • Manages the creation of service offerings including out of the box and custom solutions as well as synchronous and asynchronous training for internal and external audiences
  • Conducts resource planning and allocation across the various projects, assesses and addresses impact of changes on overall portfolio projects given shared resource impacts
  • Collaborates with stakeholders such as field services, product management, marketing, and channel to define project objectives and scope
  • Coordinates with cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the offerings
  • Measures and ensures internal and external customer satisfaction and viability of delivered services
  • Develops and manages project-level metrics and reporting, documentation, and artifacts
  • In partnership with the portfolio production manager, responsible for documentation, execution and improvement of the services product life cycle
  • Promotes best practices in the organization and contributes to the journey for continuous process improvement
  • Contributes to professional services portfolio strategic planning and roadmaps

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services
  • 3+ years experience on a  Services Portfolio team
  • 1+ years of management experience in professional services or a related field
  • Firm understanding of technical solution deployments and customer adoption expectations across Professional Services and Education
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to rapidly ramp on customer use cases and technical requirements
  • Experience creating professional service offerings
  • Experience designing course curriculum and measuring learning outcomes
  • Proven experience implementing curriculum design models and best practices
  • Proven success coordinating cross-functional or global initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to encourage, motivate and mentor team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and conflict resolution 
  • Information Security or vulnerability management experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and help team members deliver timely results
  • Comfortable in a fast moving dynamic environment with new and bleeding edge technology
