International Accounting Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented individual to join our finance and accounting organization. Your Opportunity:

  • Manage the international accounting process for our global operations, including coordinating with internal accounting and legal teams, and local accounting/audit firms as well as global coordinators
  • Coordinate international accounting compliance, including analysis of US GAAP to local accounting differences and the timely required filings required in each country
  • Manage transfer pricing invoicing
  • Manage intercompany notes and other intercompany activity, including settling intercompany balances
  • Work with equity team to understand parent company equity plans and coordinate with local accounting firms to understand local accounting treatment
  • Onboard and integrate newly acquired or established entities, research applicable statutory adjustments and build relationships with local accounting and audit firms
  • Mentor and educate accounting team as needed with regard to international accounting standards
  • Implement and manage technology to improve the international accounting processes
  • Manage identification requirements for global bank accounts
  • Ensure documentation of and compliance with proper internal controls and SOX compliance

What You'll Need:

  • Candidates must possess a bachelor degree in Accounting from an accredited university/college
  • 5+ years of experience required in accounting department or public accounting
  • Ideally have knowledge and exposure to global accounting standards
  • CPA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who works well in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Good analytical skills
  • Deadline oriented, strong leadership skills and the ability to complete tasks independently
