Help hospitals deliver faster diagnoses. This is a hands-on operations role supporting hospital workflows, radiologists and patient care in a structured and time-sensitive healthcare environment.
This position supports Scandinavian hospitals overnight from our Barcelona head office. It suits someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, calm under pressure and confident communicating in a professional setting.
About TMC
Telemedicine Clinic (TMC), part of the Unilabs Group, is one of Europe’s leading teleradiology providers. We support more than 130 hospitals across the UK, Sweden, Denmark and Norway by helping radiology services run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Our Operations team works closely with hospitals and radiologists to keep cases moving and to support high-quality patient care. Many of our team members are Scandinavian professionals living abroad and enjoy working in an international environment with real operational responsibility.
The opportunity
You will join a collaborative and supportive Operations team working in a highly digital environment, where clear communication, teamwork and attention to detail are essential. The role is highly digital and involves daily use of Microsoft Teams and multiple internal systems. This is a key operations role for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in getting the details right, and can manage changing priorities in a calm and organised way. You will help coordinate the flow of radiology cases between hospitals and radiologists, making sure cases are prepared correctly, communicated clearly and handled within agreed turnaround times. You do not need to come from radiology specifically. We care more about judgement, accuracy, communication, teamwork and reliability.
What you do
- Communicate directly with hospital staff by phone and through internal systems regarding incoming cases.
- Coordinate communication between hospital staff and TMC radiologists.
- Check that cases contain complete clinical information and that the correct imaging material is available for reporting.
- Monitor case progress and help ensure turnaround times and service levels are met.
- Manage case administration, including data entry, case preparation and distribution of radiology reports.
- Support workflow monitoring, audits and related operational administrative tasks.
What we are looking for
- Native or very fluent Swedish level.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- The ability to stay calm, professional and service-minded in a busy environment.
- A strong team player who collaborates well with colleagues, radiologists and hospital staff.
- Confidence working in a highly digital environment, including Microsoft Teams and multiple internal systems.
- A practical, solution-oriented mindset and sound judgement.
It would be a strong plus if you have
- Experience in healthcare, medical administration, operations, logistics, coordination or another time-sensitive service environment.
- Confidence speaking with clinicians, hospitals or other professional stakeholders.
What we offer
- A meaningful role supporting hospitals, radiologists and patient care.
- Full training and structured onboarding.
- A collaborative and supportive team environment.
- An international working environment.
- Office-based role in our head office in Barcelona.
