Overview
The Manager of Digital Solutions owns delivery of innovative solutions to our internal operations in the areas of workflow and intelligent process automation. You’ll work directly with our technology and RCM operations teams leading all aspects of product management, automation implementation, vendor integration, and support. As a Manager of Digital Solutions, you will lead, shape, and deliver technology transformation to achieve cost efficiency, scalability, and improved yield.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with operators to drive realization of key technology imperatives
- Implements a wide range of technology solutions including in-house developed, RPA, and vendor tools to drive increased operational efficiency and improved yield.
- Manages the automation opportunity funnel through the collection of ideas, rating of value and effort, and overall prioritization of initiates.
- Oversees the full cycle implementation of automation initiatives including design, delivery, adoption, and value review.
- Participates in agile delivery including backlog management, user stories, timelines, acceptance criteria, and team support.
- Interfaces directly with stakeholders to provide status updates, delivery timelines, and manage expectations.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Revenue Cycle or Healthcare experience
- Working knowledge of the practices, procedures, and concepts of the healthcare revenue cycle.
- Demonstrated and lead programs and projects applying project management discipline (e.t., waterfall, scrum, six sigma)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of workflows and systems.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment with a variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience effectively collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver desired business outcomes
- Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership
- Ability to think creatively to design and deliver client oriented digital solutions
- Ability to articulates and present data, information, and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail oriented, with demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, set schedules, and complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ability to think creatively to design and deliver client oriented digital solutions
- Ability to understand technical details and interact with engineering resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to write SQL queries and use advanced Excel functions
- Master’s Degree: MHA or MBA
- 2+ years of supervisor experience
- 3+ years of product management or product development
- 2+ years of developing RPA solutions
- In-depth knowledge of all revenue cycle areas including billing, collections, charge capture, contractual adjustments, third-party reimbursement, self-pay billing, and cash management
