We are looking for Commercial Roofing Entry Level Service Techs in Billerica, MA!
Pay starting at $22+/hr. BOE
SIGN-ON BONUS!!! $250-$750!!!

Commercial Roofing Entry Level Service Tech Summary:
Under the direction of the Service Manager and/or Service Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in a variety of commercial roofing systems. Responsibilities include:
· Repair, maintenance and installation of all types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, Modified, etc.
· Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
· Maintain accurate electronic records of completed work.
Commercial Roofing Entry Level Service Tech Requirements:
  • Experience with various commercial roofing systems strongly preferred, but we will train the right individuals!
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
  • Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
  • Ability to use technology to communicate and document work.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Working Conditions:
  • Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
  • Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting, etc.
  • Travel: Mostly local; within 1 hour
