We are seeking a Production and Service Assistant Manager for our Houston office.
Production Identification: Exempt
Reports to: VP of Operations and Service Manager
 
Position Objective: 
Work with Production and Service Managers, Sales and Project Managers as needed daily.
Job Functions: 
  • Crew Dispatching, Customer updates, time approvals, reports, submittals, etc.
  • Interface regularly with Sales, and Estimating, to ensure effective and timely communication to help produce desired results 
  • Able to help identify and resolve operations, and customer service problems effectively and immediately 
  • Inspections, attending pre-construction and pre-bid meetings
  • Perform all other projects or duties as assigned by the VP of Operations, Service Manager, and upper management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential):

  • Bachelor’s degree in related industry; preferably Construction Management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks/projects 
    based on business needs
  • Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable)

  • Bilingual‐English/Spanish

Working Conditions

Physical surroundings:  Office and field environment with typical office machines and exposure to noise and temperature as well as exposure to typical hazards of jobsite, including ladders, construction materials, etc.
Physical Effort: Extensive sitting, standing, walking.   Repetitive keying, typing.  Occasional lifting, not to exceed 50 pounds
Travel: Local, for purposes of visiting customers and reviewing needs onsite.
