Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform operational activities as directed. The activities include receiving, storing, loading and unloading of products and equipment.
- Participate in safety trainings and adhere to all policies as they pertain to your job function.
- Inventory delivered or will called material against delivery receipt.
- Ability to complete physical, outdoor labor.
- Must be able to communicate clearly.
- Maintain equipment as used and communicate when item needs maintenance.
- Provide quality service by following organizational standards.
- Maintain professionalism while representing ABC Roofing.
- Lifting items 75 lbs or greater frequently.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Previous Roofing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) and work well within a team environment.
- High school graduate or GED
- Driver’s license; Commercial Driver License (CDL) is preferred
- First Aid/CPR Card
- Sound problem assessment and problem

Working Conditions:
- Physical surroundings: Warehouse, office, and outdoor environments with typical machines and exposure to noise and temperature.
- Physical Effort: Extensive walking. Carrying heavy items. Climbing ladders.
- Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries, and property damage at the workplace
- Correct utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
