The Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Operate as the funnel of information for the Service Department
- Collaborate closely with all company departments to make sure standard practices are being executed
- Coordinate service projects from administrative setup through billing ensuring all aspects are organized and run smoothly
- Technologically savvy and quick to learn new programs
- Familiar with Excel and Navision
- Help clients get access to information and solutions they need
- Adapt to client and vendors Finance Department interfaces and requirements
- Identify efficiencies and inefficiencies
- Operate as a team player
- Forward thinking and a problem solver
- Identify opportunities for new business and growth within the department
- Generate revenue by ensuring clients are properly billed
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Verify and record transactions
- Resolve account discrepancies
- Securing client payments and follow up with customers or suppliers with outstanding payments
