About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and manage our commercial roofing crews and field operations in Mandan, ND. This hands‑on role focuses on driving production, leading superintendents and foremen, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Roofing Field Operations
• Lead and support superintendents, foremen, and crews
• Ensure teams have the direction and resources needed to perform
• Build a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
Manage Production & Jobsite Performance
• Oversee daily field production
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Perform regular site visits and inspections
• Monitor staffing and productivity
Drive Safety & Quality
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer and company specifications
• Address safety and quality concerns promptly
Coordinate Project Execution
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and office staff
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and materials
• Resolve field challenges and keep work moving

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years minimum of progressive leadership in a foreman, superintendent and/or manager role
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
• Effective communication with field and office teams
• Highly organized; strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience managing large commercial roofing projects
• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field
