 What You’ll Do
  • Lead crews in completing all phases of assigned jobs (tear-offs, installations, clean-up).
  • Read blueprints, prepare material lists, and assign tasks to ensure productivity.
  • Train and mentor crew members in construction skills and safety compliance.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship are met daily.
  • Safely operate and monitor power tools, lifts, and other equipment.
  • Interact with customers and represent Mahaney professionally on job sites.
  • Monitor and document project progress through FCS or other methods.
  • Promote job site cleanliness, organization, and safe storage of materials.
  • Assist with hands-on work when necessary to support the team.
  • Track and submit credit card receipts, time sheets, and reports in a timely manner. 
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of architectural sheet metal experience (standing seam, wall panel systems, ACM, etc.).
  • Experience with single-ply membrane systems.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through.
  • Valid driver’s license strongly preferred.
  • Must pass pre-employment physical, agility test, drug screen, and background checks (for some jobs).
Physical & Work Environment
  • Outdoor work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders up to 40+ ft, and work at heights.
  • Frequent use of hand and power tools.
  • Work in dusty, dirty, and occasionally hazardous environments.
  • Long shifts (12+ hours) on feet or knees as needed.
  • Work from scissor/boom lifts and occasionally on steep roofs.
