We are seeking a Administrative Assistant for our Oklahoma City, OK office.
 
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments regarding the day-to-day operations of Oklahoma Roofing & Sheet Metal. Serve as a resource for the office by providing information, answering questions, and assisting with administrative projects as needed. Additionally, offer administrative support for Human Resources, ensuring documentation is properly handled and deadlines are met.
 
Job Functions:
  • Plan, organize, and establish objectives and goals for projects assigned.
  • Perform general administrative functions as assigned and responding to administrative needs of the office.
  • Handle confidential, non-routine information, maintaining confidentiality with a high level of integrity.
  • Coordinate orientation efforts and assist in the onboarding of new hires.
  • Payable/Receivable on administrative projects as required.
  • Operate multi-line phone system and greet front office visitors.
  • Prepare expense and safety reports.
  • Maintain common areas including conference rooms, reception area, kitchen.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, order new supplies, and maintain storage areas.
  • Responsible for office equipment (copiers, fax) operation and maintenance.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and process out going mail.
  • Update and maintain company directory.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 
 Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of administrative support in a construction office environment preferred
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of office-related practices and procedures
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with associates
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Previous experience in a very busy environment
