Position Overview:
Reporting to the General Manager, the role of Project Manager is responsible for providing quality project management services. Responsibilities include attending job meetings, daily job monitoring and managing construction schedules. This position ensures all project work is performed in a timely and cost-effective manner, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, in accordance with applicable specifications and company procedures. Working closely with the company’s customers, vendors, operational and field teams, this position supervises construction schedules, project budget cost-control, dispute resolution and quality control. This position requires both in-office and jobsite presence and is based at our Brockton MA location.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide quality project management services for multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously;
- Attend job meetings;
- Develop project schedules, materials, budgets, workforce planning and project execution strategies;
- Order and coordinate delivery of roofing materials, equipment, permits and other project resources;
- Monitor project costs, labor hours, material usage, production and overall profitability;
- Conduct regular site visits as required to monitor project progress, schedule, plan and specification compliance with contract, construction documents and requirements;
- Collaborate with Service and Production departments on job specifics to ensure seamless project execution; and
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related fields, preferred or equivalent relevant experience;
- Commercial roofing supervisory experience, 3-5 years;
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to read/interpret architectural drawings, monitor job progress and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Solid understanding of various commercial roofing systems and manufacturers including TPO, modified and built up;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365;
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and coworkers;
- Ability to climb ladders and visit commercial roof sites;
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory. Air travel may be required <10%;
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with typical office machines and exposure to noise and temperature as well as exposure to typical hazards of commercial roofing jobsites including climbing ladders, construction materials, etc.
- Extensive sitting, standing, bending, standing, walking all expected activities. Ability to climb ladders and lift in excess of 25 lbs.

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 annually
This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, skills, training and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits and other forms of compensation.
