Marketing System Integration & Operations Manager (m/f/d/v)

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategy, design, execution and operations of the business lead management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation solutions, CRM, digital marketing tools and tracking performance in order to plan, report and conduct analyses.
  • Responsible for the operations and processes of all ongoing key marketing systems, processes, tools and analytics for Hubspot, Demandbase, and the CRM platform.  Managing the data and nurture flows, GDPR guidelines for consumption and collection, and how the systems are connected. 
  • Leading administration, reporting and analytics for all paid media campaigns for TeamViewer AMS, working closely with paid media managers and analytics team. They will lead audits of the system performance and create plan revision strategies as appropriate to ensure goals and timelines are met.

What you bring

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing ops/sys admin and configuration
  • In-depth knowledge of Hubspot, Marketo, SFDC or other CRM, social media platforms, GA, Tableau, and DemandBase
  • Understanding of GDPR
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
