  • Drive the development and expansion of the Internet of Things market, selling our new IoT software to new and existing TeamViewer customers
  • Provide advice to new and existing customers by phone and e-mail / chat
  • Prepare quotes for TeamViewer solutions that meet individual needs of each customer
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience to customers from first contact to closing of an IoT contract
  • Find opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell by providing solutions that solve our customers’ business challenges with the help of our IoT offering

  • Basic technical understanding in the context of the Internet of Things
  • Business level fluency of German and English (business proficient). Other languages are a plus
  • Ideally 2+ years of professional experience in sales or customer service
  • Basic understanding of business processes and automation
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a friendly and professional manner when dealing with customers over the phone and via email
  • Sales driven and self-motivated to achieve or exceed your revenue targets
  • Creative thinking when it comes to cross-selling approaches and solutions selling
  • Enthusiastic, open-minded and team orientated with a healthy touch of competitiveness
  • Positive approach to change with the ability to adapt and be flexible in a high growth and dynamic work environment
