HR Operations Lead (m/f/d)

  • Oversee all aspects of payroll operations working closely with the local HR/Payroll teams in our offices globally
  • Drive improvements and establish best-in-class processes for global payroll and related programs which meet jurisdictional audit and compliance requirements, deliver outstanding employee support and enable our global expansion programs
  • Ensure data integrity and deliver accurate and timely reports by adhering to Finance, Auditing and general business requirements
  • Control and administer all global HR systems
  • Participate in security activities for HR systems by partnering with vendors and IT as well as maintain and/or create accurate security role permissions
  • Oversee the provision of timely and accurate HR services and administration for our European based employees
  • Manage immigration and relocation processes, including work permit applications and coordination with our third-party providers to ensure compliance
  • Manage international assignments of employees across all regions
  • Work as part of the global HR team to contribute to and develop global HR policies, processes, initiatives and services

  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple payroll providers across different geographies
  • Comprehensive approach to managing HR processes from end to end; administrative to higher level
  • Proven experience in managing HR/payroll related projects
  • HRIS and system management experience
  • Prior experience deploying integrations to third party payroll is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills
