Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Country Managers in Australia, China and Japan with all people related topics
  • Lead recruitment both end-to-end hiring as well as managing agencies to ensure we attract, hire and onboard candidates at a pace that keeps up with our growing company
  • Continue to improve the employee experience for our APAC employees. Initiatives may be country specific where you need to take local measures or regional concerns which you need to work with the broader HR team to leverage additional resources
  • Drive high performance within the teams by developing strong relationships, guiding and motivating leaders and managing performance issues when required
  • Lead and implement initiatives including compensation, employee and management development
  • Handle sensitive issues and work with our advisors to ensure local employment laws and regulations are maintained
  • Work with the HR Services team based in our Head Office to deliver seamless HR processes and accurate HR data across the organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner/ HR Manager
  • Excellent understanding of HR topics such as recruitment, performance management, compensation and employee relations
  • Show you can influence and work with a range of people both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and provide alternatives and options to the business
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different cultures
  • Excellent organizational skills with the willingness to be available in various time zones
  • You need to be flexible, independent, highly motivated and take ownership of tasks
  • Ability to travel to internationally
