Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone and via email
  • Provide support to our customers by answering inquiries via our ticket system
  • Prepare offers for prospect customers, tailoring solutions to their individual needs
  • Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
  • Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our existing and potential customers

 Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in phone-based customer service, ideally in the IT industry
  • Business level fluency of English. Other APAC languages are a plus (eg. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean)
  • Windows® user knowledge desirable
  • High service-orientation with strong focus on efficiency and solution-based problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner when interacting with customers and/or users
  • High affinity for IT and the will to continuously grow your knowledge in this field
  • Open-minded and team-oriented
  • Right to work in Australia is essential
