Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is hiring motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals to join our Medicare Insurance Sales team in Tampa, Florida.
No insurance sales experience? No problem! Whether you're an experienced insurance agent or looking to start a new career in sales, we provide the paid training, warm leads, ongoing coaching, and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals interested in Medicare insurance coverage
- Understand client needs and explain available Medicare plan options
- Help eligible clients make informed coverage decisions
- Build trust, answer questions, and handle objections professionally
- Follow EIP's sales process and applicable Medicare compliance requirements
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
- Deliver a positive, ethical, and professional client experience
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- Dependable, resilient, and comfortable in a phone-based sales environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work full-time and onsite in Tampa, Florida
- Willingness to complete all required training and licensing requirements
