What You’ll Do

  • Conduct consultative appointments focused on annuities, life insurance, and retirement strategies
  • Partner with Medicare Sales Agents to identify advanced planning opportunities
  • Present customized wealth-preserving and income-generating solutions
  • Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and suitability requirements
  • Stay current on carrier products, rates, and market trends

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Florida 2-15 license (Required)
  • Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 (Preferred)
  • Proven ability to sell, close, and manage a consultative sales process
  • Experience in annuities, life insurance, wealth management, or financial planning
  • Competitive, motivated, and goal-focused
  • High integrity and low ego, team-first mindset
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts
  • Someone who follows process, stays organized, and embraces accountability
