Elite Insurance Partners is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative to help our current clients with basic concerns, and work with carriers to activate client policies. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 
 
As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive at the office each day ready to ensure customer satisfaction. Over the phone, you assist our clients by answering their questions and resolving their basic concerns. Your friendly demeanor comes through in all of your interactions and allows you to build a strong rapport with our clients.  Daily you will review applications for policy accuracy and follow up with clients on discrepancies.  No matter what their need, question, or problem, our clients know that they can count on you. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy and making sales in our fast-paced office environment. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Have reliable transportation to work in office 
  • High School Diploma
  • Available to work full time hours
