Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is a fast-growing insurance brokerage and technology company operating at the intersection of insurance, automation, and operational efficiency.
In addition to our brokerage operations, we’ve built InsureTrack, a proprietary InsurTech platform designed to streamline state licensing, contracting, and carrier onboarding workflows for insurance agencies, brokerages, IMOs, FMOs, and call centers.
We’re now focused on scaling InsureTrack and are hiring our first dedicated B2B sales hire to help take the product to market.
About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Insurance SaaS Sales Representative to sell InsureTrack to insurance agencies and brokerages nationwide. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.
This is a hands-on, outbound-focused B2B sales position for someone who is actively selling, closing deals, and building pipeline through relationships and direct outreach.
The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who understands the insurance ecosystem, has experience selling insurance technology or services, and brings an existing professional network they can leverage.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and close
- Sell InsureTrack to insurance agencies, brokerages, IMOs, FMOs, and call centers
- Drive outbound sales efforts using a relationship-first, consultative approach
- Leverage existing industry relationships to accelerate pipeline and close deals
- Conduct discovery conversations around state licensing, contracting, and carrier onboarding workflows
- Use tools such as ZoomInfo and CRM platforms to support outbound prospecting
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to provide real-world market feedback
- Share insights to help refine messaging, positioning, and ongoing product improvements
Who This Role Is For
You’re likely a strong fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in insurance, InsurTech, or insurance services
- Have sold to insurance agencies, brokerages, IMOs, or FMOs
- Understand state licensing, contracting, and carrier onboarding processes
- Are comfortable building pipeline through outbound outreach and relationship-based selling
- Prefer staying close to the deal rather than managing teams
- Can work independently in a remote environment
- Enjoy helping build and scale a growth-stage product
Strongly Preferred Experience
- Existing network within insurance agencies or brokerages
- Experience selling insurance technology, SaaS, or workflow platforms
- Background with early-stage or growth-stage companies
Compensation & Benefits
- Target total compensation range of $80,000–$150,000, based on experience and performance
