Compensation: Salary + Uncapped Bonus (estimated 1st Year Total at $300,000+)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Annuity Sales Advisor who is passionate about helping clients secure their retirement income and grow their wealth.
 
This is a sales-focused role designed for an experienced, licensed professional with a strong background in annuities, financial planning, or wealth management sales.
You’ll work on-site with access to high-quality, pre-qualified warm leads, meaning no cold calling, no prospecting, and no chasing dead leads.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Conduct consultative sales calls focused on annuities, income strategies, and wealth preservation.
  • Partner with our Medicare sales team to identify and close annuity opportunities with existing clients.
  • Customize retirement income and asset protection plans to fit each client’s goals.
  • Guide clients through every step of the application, underwriting, and closing process.
  • Stay current on annuity products, carrier updates, and industry trends.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales performance goals in a high-volume environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License (Required)
  • Series 6, 7, 63, or 65 licenses (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of successful annuity or wealth-based sales experience
  • Call center or inside sales experience required, high call volume background preferred
  • Proven ability to close high-value clients through a consultative approach
  • Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
