MentorMate is seeking a Digital Solutions Strategist to help maximize opportunities within our existing client base through application of digital strategy and transformation techniques. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technology and user experience, is a self starter, business savvy, and can partner with key decision makers to drive successful outcomes.

The Strategist will support Business Development, Project and Account Managers in defining and delivering strategic services for our existing client base. In addition, the Strategist will maintain and proactively develop one-on-one business relationships within our clients, while finding opportunities to introduce MentorMate’s service offerings to solve business problems. 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Seamlessly shift between technology, experience, and management consulting frameworks and practices

  • Lead Assessment workshop sessions

  • Perform digital ecosystem assessments and strategic roadmap development engagements

  • Define robust, viable technology solutions 

  • Perform strategic client account analysis in partnership with account managers

  • Coordinate estimation and staffing proposal efforts in strategic accounts

  • Collaborate with program managers and technical architects on scope development and management

  • Develop quarterly business review (QBR) content in partnership with account managers

  • Identify and drive opportunities for internal sales and delivery process improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies

  • Strategic leadership in technology, experience design, or business analysis

  • 5+ years’ professional experience; experience in a software company or equivalent desired

  • Excellent written, verbal, visual, technical communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage changing priorities

  • Excellent cross-organizational skills, including the ability to influence without authority and communicate with senior executives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an enterprise IT organization with a complex application portfolio

  • Working knowledge of management consulting concepts

  • Business analysis skills to elicit, analyze and validate customer requirements
