Card Fulfillment Services is seeking an Account  Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level customer service to fulfillment savvy, professional clients while following live projects through the production process and monitoring on-going customer activities. This position will work closely with sales, production and IT departments to coordinate all aspects of customer requirements and requests

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Manage book of accounts by answering questions via phone, email, and internally managing day to day activities
  • Communicate job status, invoicing and other day-to-day details to customer
  • Prepare job details for operations and implementations
  • Open jobs in Job Log/Project Log
  • Generate internal PO/job ticket/invoice
  • Coordinate details to send job samples
  • Coordinate details for data/ packaging mock-ups
  • Lead / attend standing calls with clients
  • Communicate with Operations on changes in live jobs
  • Follow established ISO procedures for all work
  • Review and approve estimate matches actual and provide for billing
  • Track job status and ensure jobs are completed on time
  • Communicate job updates to sales/customer
  • Attend meetings as needed to update on projects/accounts
  • Work with implementation team to ensure all required jobs info is account for before hand-off to production
  • Obtain, analyze and deliver collateral estimates to sales and/or customers
  • Manage timelines and deadlines for personal tasks as well as for customers/projects/jobs
  • Ensure customer PO matches estimates at start of job.
  • Request schedules from production
  • Send customer support info (file formats, template info, etc) as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
  • Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desired: Associates or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 year customer service experience with high-level, professional/business clients
  • Previous project management experience
  • Previous leadership experience
