Your Opportunity: Amsterdam Printing, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Account Manager to coordinate internal activities related to the development, growth and retention of key accounts. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and our suppliers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain favorable relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Resolve customer issues/problems
  • Provide product recommendations and creative ideas for customer events to increase sales
  • Assist in preparation of sales forecasts, quotes and negotiations
  • Identify customer and vendor needs and consult on solutions
  • Processes and plan customer jobs and projects
  • Work as a team with internal and external customers to manage projects successfully

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of related/relevant professional experience, preferably in customer service or account management
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong math aptitude
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to be a team player

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Marketing skills – the ability to provide creative ideas to customers for events
  • Experience in Sales Force
