Your Opportunity: Navitor’s Online Marketplace Team is seeking a Sales Support Representative for our Amazon Channel. This position supports the business in two important ways:

  1. Project management and solution execution for new product deployment and as well as reorders
  2. Supporting our Channel as the liaison for specific solutions

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with storefront manager on production of new orders and reorders for FBA items
  • Keep daily status report of all orders in production an ensure they are completed by due date
  • Work with production on prioritization and order flow
  • Work with production team for new item setup in the backend systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner that fits the brand essence
  • Track down custom orders when necessary
  • Handle returns for FBM products
  • Assist in watching inventory levels of FBA products to determine prioritization of items in production
  • Work with storefront manager on inventory planning and updating of costs within backend system
  • Assist with product review moderating to ensure all negative reviews are responded to in a timely manner
  • Monitor item health to ensure listings remain active
  • Maintain documentation to keep processes and products updated in our system
  • Assist with monthly reporting when necessary

 

You Must Have:

  • Required proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills; this position works closely with Storefront Managers, Solutions Experts, Product Managers, and other internal departments
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, follow through and detail and task oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a deadline-intensive environment
  • Ability to learn quickly, self-teach, take initiative
  • Must be comfortable in learning production processes and constraints
  • Ability to successfully work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Demonstrated Customer Focus
  • Positive attitude, friendly and able to work confidently in emerging environments

 

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Previous experience with online marketing
  • Experience with project management
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes and some print industry knowledge
