Your Opportunity: If you’re looking to impact people’s most celebrated life events, here is your opportunity! The Occasions Group (formerly known as Carlson Craft), the preferred printing partner for all of life's events, is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, quality experience while providing information on our products, and answering a variety of inquiries.

We offer a breadth of products such as invitations, announcements, and much more! This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to gain knowledge, experience, and advancement opportunities, as well as the desire and passion for providing top-notch quality and service in a fast paced environment. 

Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Make outbound calls
  • Document information from conversations
  • Verify the accuracy of order information
  • Typeset orders accurately
  • Provide information and pricing about products and print processes
  • Navigate and promote our website
  • Upsell coordinating items
  • Identify and share trends
  • Research and resolve concerns to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

You Must Have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must work well independently and within a team
